Welcome to the “Food Grammar Diet & Nutrition Program”! Who is it for and what is my mission? This program is for people with bad self-image or eating disorders, who struggle with health problems, energy loss and lack of support. “Food Grammar Diet & Nutrition Program” helps to transform your wellbeing, eating habits and mindset. Unlike usual diets, my program doesn´t force people to starve or do excessive exercises. This program is my own unique path to mindfulness and harmony with food. It teaches you to change your lifestyle and helps you live your best life without restrictions. I can prove to you that the secret is eating the right food in big amounts and never feel hungry. Please read carefully all the information you should know about the project. I will analyze your lifestyle and eating patterns, give you instructions on what and how to eat, exercise and how to release unnecessary stress. All I ask in return is trust and no cheats. Steps to reach your goal:

  • Tell me more about you by filling the Participation form that will be sent you out when you join the program.
  • Tell me about your goals and eating preferences in Eating Habits Questionnaire.
  • Trust me. If you can´t entrust me your body and mind, we better not to start the program.
  • Don´t cheat me. If you are binging or eat too little, better tell me right away that you have difficulties. I can help you. By cheating and keeping silence neither you nor I will reach our goals. If you have doubts, we better not to start the program.

FG Diet & Nutrition rules:

  • I need at least 48h to check your data and prepare a special program for you.
  • Please submit forms no later than 48h before the project start date.
  • Please take 3 pictures of your current body state. Front view, side view, and back view. Send them to my e-mail irina@foodgrammar.com after submitting the forms.
  • Every Saturday at 11 am I will ask you to add your new measurements to an excel file.
  • I will also ask for your feedback about the previous week. According to new information, I will prepare and send a new program every Sunday by 12.00.
  • In case you change your mind or get bored, tell me right away and we will not spend our time on it.
  • If you feel you know better and don´t want to follow my recommendations, don´t lose my and your time.

I have no strong food dependence (except for cheese, but I can control it) from fast food, sausages, pizzas, etc. Weight steadily kept at the same level, although I actively trained and in my opinion, I ate correctly. After analyzing my nutrition with Irina, it turned out that I did not eat enough, which ultimately leads to food breakdowns that impede progress. Of course, carrying containers and eating 5 times a day with an active lifestyle is inconvenient (especially if you are without a car, or the work schedule does not allow), but the nutrition program is designed in such a way that the menu can be combined, and after a week you are getting used to. The main thing is that you shouldn´t feel sorry for yourself and .... EAT! And the big plus is the presence of such a mentor as Irina.
